LA SPEZIA BCBD SUMMARECON BEKASI EXTENSION

Commercial
After the successful completion of the La Spezia project, which provided accessible public spaces for the residents of Bekasi, it is now necessary to further develop the BCBD area (Bekasi Central Business District) by adding additional facilities and infrastructure to support various activities and events, particularly in the artificial lake area.
The project encompasses several distinct areas, which include:
  • Commercial Building Complex at Kav. A
This complex consists of commercial buildings located directly across from La Spezia.
  • Pedestrian Crossing Bridge
A bridge will be constructed to connect the Commercial Building Complex at Kav. A with La Spezia, as well as with the rest of the BCBD area.
  • Semi-Permanent Building Complex at Kav. C
This area comprises the embankment of the artificial lake on the western side of La Spezia. It is specifically designated for small-sized tenants who directly engage with pedestrians along the northern side of the artificial lake. The various buildings within this complex are interconnected, stretching from Kav. A, through La Spezia, and all the way to Kav. B.
  • F&B Building at Kav. D
This building is specifically allocated for high-end restaurants, adding to the urban street-style experience created by the Semi-Permanent Building Complex at Kav. C.
  • Semi-Permanent Building Complex at Kav. D
Similar to the Complex at Kav. C, this area also serves the same purpose. However, the space within Kav. D is designed to create a tranquil and comfortable atmosphere, utilizing the concept of reforestation. This ensures a pleasant environment within the outdoor spaces formed by the existing buildings.
These five areas together form the core of the BCBD area’s expansion. These commercial facilities and public spaces will not only complement the main office activities soon to be established in the BCBD area, but also adhere to the principles of tropical architecture. Furthermore, the design strives to accommodate the local culture and enhance the outdoor experience, ensuring that both regular and occasional users can fully enjoy this pedestrian-friendly area.
